From Stressed Lawyer to Empowerment Advocate - My Journey January 9th - The Ned - Poultry, London Ten years ago, I hit rock bottom. I was in chronic pain, unhappy at work, and constantly stressed. I felt utterly lost. Flash forward, and today I am fit and healthy, happy and fulfilled, and live a life filled with joy.
What changed, and how? Join me for an exploration of how I shifted from a self-critical, self-limiting mindset to one of empowerment and self-love. Day by day, step by step, I gradually changed the course of my life and never looked back.
I will also introduce the GGTG program, walking participants through the Good Girl and Goddess archetypes and how the program I created, based on my experience, supports women on their trajectory from good girl to goddess.
GGTG supports women with an easily adaptable, highly adoptable set of daily practices combined with helpful resources and a supportive community, designed to empower you to put yourself first so you can show up stronger for the people in your life.
The program encourages women to devote at least 15 minutes a day to themselves, whether through adopting a meditation practice, journaling, through creativity and play, or utilizing any other modality that speaks to their hearts.
Our online platform walks you step-by-step through the program, which also leverages mindset shifts and using relationships as mirrors to our inner work. We also meet as a group on Zoom every other week so support each other and share what’s working, and what we are struggling with.
A year’s access to the platform and community costs less than a £1 a day, and the benefits will last a lifetime.
The event is free, and there is no obligation to join the program if you come along to the talk, so this event is perfect for women who are curious to know more about my journey to creating GGTG!
